Bugzilla 3.6.3 - graphical reports not working even after installing all the dependant perl modules

Hello,

I have installed Bugzilla 3.6.3 on Win XP. I am trying to generate graphical reports but I get exceptions related to the unavailability of the Graphical Reports feature. I confirmed that all the Perl modules are installed by executing checksetup.pl.

Can you someone help me?
