Installing Bugzilla4.0.1 on CentOS

Hi

I am trying to install Bugzilla4.0.1 on CentOS with perl v5.8.8.

When I am checking for the modules using  the command ./checksetup.pl
--check-modules

I am getting the error like

Actually I tried to install the module Apache:SizeLimit after
downloading it from CPAN

But I am not successful,

I am I missing something, I am a newbee and any help is
appreciated.....
