Branched for 4.2

	There is now a 4.2 branch, and trunk is open for checkins toward our 
next major release. Over the next bit of time, you'll see all our 
tooling show up for the new branch (like Tinderbox tests, and so on).

	There are a lot of checkins that are currently pending for the 
trunk--LpSolit and I will be approving those (and possibly checking them 
in ourselves) in some order that makes sense to minimize conflicts and 
prioritize some of the most important things that will help unblock 
people to do more trunk work.
