IIRC, you can force Bugzilla to send you an encrypted email by 
requesting a password change or an email change after you've set up 
encryption. Or is that only if you're a member of the Security group?

Or maybe you can do whatever tests you want by doing them at 
landfill.bugzilla.org ?
