IMO, none of these are intentional, and are probably due to the refactor
of Search.pm which happened in Bugzilla 4.2. Maybe when bug_id=NNN is
found, it enters some special code which ignores everything else?

You should rather file bugs about them, maybe one per issue, so that we
can keep track of them.
