Trunk Requires MySQL 5

	Hey everybody. The trunk now requires MySQL 5.0.15 as a minimum
requirement. This is a very old version, from 2006, so I don't think
this will be a hardship on any significant number of people.

	This means that all of the database systems we use now support views
and stored procedures, although I don't know how much use either of
those would be for us.
