Twitter "bugzilla" Account

	Hey folks! So we now have an official Twitter account for the Bugzilla
Project:

	http://twitter.com/#!/bugzilla

	The "bugzilla" account will mostly be used to tweet updates every so
often about the status of the Bugzilla Project, including progress on
the next release, information about new features we're developing, and
also answers to common questions. It may even answer some questions if
you send it some!
