bugzilla windows installers

morning all,

i'm happy to announce the first release of a windows setup for bugzilla :)

   http://landfill.bugzilla.org/win32installer/Bugzilla-Setup-3.4.6.exe
   http://landfill.bugzilla.org/win32installer/Bugzilla-Setup-3.6rc1.exe

the setup weighs in at about 66M, and will install and configure the 
following:

   bugzilla
   mysql
   apache
   perl
   scheduled tasks for whining, etc
   assorted utilities (cvs, database backup script, etc)
