YUI Updated to 2.8.1

	Hey folks. I just updated YUI to 2.8.1 on the trunk. Along with this,
we're packaging and loading YUI a new way. We now include nearly all of
YUI in the js/yui/ directory, including the CSS. (The CSS is loaded
before all other CSS, so our CSS will override the YUI CSS.)

	Also, to add YUI items to a page, you just have to specify a "yui" item
as an argument to global/header.html.tmpl. You can see
template/en/default/bug/show-header.html.tmpl as an example. The "yui"
element handles both the CSS and the JS; you don't have to specify them
separately.
