You are going to need to spell out for me why that is. To put the
question another way: if I can mark b.m.o. bug 123 as "depends on"
b.m.o. bug 456, why should I not be able to mark it as "depends on"
bugzilla.gnome.org bug 789?
In other words, why can the functionality you want to add to See Also,
such as getting information from the remote bug system and displaying
it, not become part of the generic implementation?
