I don't know but if they are missing we could talk to Adam Kennedy
and/or Curtis Jewell who build Starwberry and ask them to make
Strawberry - or Strawberry Professional ready for Bugzilla.
They might also be able to help building a distribution that will
include everything Bugzilla needs including the database.
BTW can Bugzilla use SQLite? Can it use a perl based web server? If
those could work then you could have a much slimmer installation for
Windows.
