Searching bug changes

Yes - someone who wants to search for if any change was made to a bug 
between dates X and Y.

I have no reason to doubt this :-) However, the current UI does not 
suggest this behaviour. It says:

"Only bugs changed between [ X ] and [ Y ]".

That suggests to me that it will find bugs where any change was made 
between X and Y. We should either change the code to actually do that, 
or we should change the UI to be more clear.

The trunk UI is now more clear, because it leads with the field change 
and then asks for values and dates.

However, if you don't give a field and just give dates, it searches for 
Last Change Time.

IMO, we should:

a) add Last Change Time to the list of fields as the default option.
b) add an "Anything" option
c) Add a "Comment Added" option
