Tinderboxen Temporarily Offline

	The Bugzilla tinderbox tests are killing the performance of landfill
and the other VMs on the same box, to the point that the IRC bots keep
falling offline, some users are unable to download glob's Windows
installers, and I am frequently unable to use landfill for development.

	We have a new machine, thanks to Mozilla, that the tests will be moving
to soon (possibly tomorrow). When that happens, the boxen will come back
online.
