Emails Won't Be Sent By The Template for 3.6

	Since this could affect some extensions or customizations, I thought I
should let you know about this bug:

	Basically, we used to send bugmails by processing
template/en/default/bug/process/bugmail.html.tmpl, but now we just call
Bugzilla::BugMail::Send directly in the Perl code, and send its results
to the template.
