API Implementation Questions (1)

How do I test mid-air collisions? What do I have to do to force one to 
happen?

My guess is:

- Get a bug with one login, token A
- Get a bug with another login, token B
- Submit a change with token A
- Submit a change with token B

Is that right? Do the logins have to be different?
