Moving Away From CVS: A Vote

I don't know anything about patchreader library, but could someone write the
equiv for either Hg or bzr?

Hg vs Bzr is kinda hard for me since I've never used Hg and I've been using
BZR for my "real" job more or less every day... so I'm kinda bias.
