Proliferation of custom fields

	I'm pretty sure that would only be a problem if you were adding
hundreds of fields. Even then, it might not be a problem. So it's not
something to worry about, really. Some of my clients have like 40 or 50
custom fields and I haven't heard any particular performance complaints
from them that were related to the bugs table.
