I just submitted https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=507639.

I looked at the code to customize our Bugzilla for this problem, but it seems the db schema would need to be adjusted to add the namedqueries user_id or id to the whine_queries table. Before I attempt anything like that, I'd like to get a sense of if this is something that should be fixed and if there are any gotchas regarding the code changes.
