	The idea is to be able to put *any* group into any of those fields.

	What you would probably have to do is have an assigned_to_type, 
qa_contact_type and then a cc.type field.

	Honestly, due to the complexity this would all involve, I don't think 
it's worth it.

	Maybe just allowing people to put a group name in the CC and then 
adding all members to the CC field would be enough.
