Feature Freeze for Bugzilla 3.4

	Bugzilla 3.4 is now feature-frozen. This means that no new
enhancements will be accepted for Bugzilla 3.4.

	Once we have enough pending enhancements for Bugzilla 3.6, we
will create a BUGZILLA-3_4-BRANCH and the pending enhancements will be
checked in for 3.6. (In other words, the trunk is not frozen, but we
won't be branching until there's a good reason to do so.)
