How to get "Localized Templates" table updated?

Hi,

What the procedure to update the contents of "Localized Templates" table
in the download page of bugzilla.org? (
http://www.bugzilla.org/download/#localizations )

The pt_BR templates for Bugzilla 3.0 are available on
http://bugzilla-br.sourceforge.net/ and the project now is maintened by
me - Felipe Gaucho is no longer the maintainer of project. The Table
have old values: the pt_BR templates for Bugzilla 2.18 never work fine,
2.17.4 are OK, and the maintainer is not Felipe Gaucho.

The correct values for now is: Templates for Bugzilla 3.0, and 2.17.4
and the maintainer is Pablo Bender.

We are working for Bugzilla 3.2 templates... but at the moment no
release are available.
