Bugzilla 3.3.2+ terminology

3.3.2 is approaching release. While no l12y problems were introduced
since 3.2, some fine terminology issues may arise, in connection to
inter-Bugzilla interaction features.

Before, 'URL' has single meaning as 'hyperlink to page demonstrating a
bug' (browser bug tracking legacy). Now we have 'Bug URL' as
'reference to bug object in some Bugzilla instance'. Care should be
taken when choosing meanings from loose concept of URL/hyperlink/
reference.

Also, terms.Bugzilla is supposed to mean 'proper name of this Bugzilla
instance' and does not apply when talking about 'See also in other
Bugzilla instances'. 'Bugzilla' as a bare word is probably no longer
a typo, but the name of technology, not instance.

  Regards,
  Vitaly.
