Bugzilla Web Services Client

Has anyone successfully used xmlrpc.cgi on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org?

I think I have tried every single implementation out there (Java,  
Python, PHP, C#, Perl) and they all work except against https://bugzilla.mozilla.org
