About Bugzilla 3.2.2 process_bug.cgi

Hi 
We are using bugzilla internally behind our firewall
We need to configure Bugzilla 3.2.2 or higher such that using our super user account, we need to be able to update the record using the process_bug.cgi thru URL, but without passing the token. So we won't be getting the "Confirmation" page. Is this possible? If so, how do we configure it?
