	No, I'm pretty sure you're right. Bugzilla 3.6 may have something 
inside of it, but I'd be happy to see a Bugzilla client on CPAN.

	There is contrib/bz_webservices_demo.pl in the Bugzilla distribution 
itself, but that's hardly a full client.
