bugzilla.mozilla.org pages "loading" forever?

Not sure if this NG is the right place to report it, but all 
bugzilla.mozilla.org pages (and no other pages in my multitab homepage) 
now take "forever" to load, even after the footer is fully displayed. I 
have to click the Stop button to see the "tab throbber" replaced by the 
favicon.

This is a new phenomenon in this nightly (installed a few minutes ago) 
AFAICT, but it also appeared (AFAICT) at the same time as the new 
"downtime coming soon" banner at the top of all BMO pages. Not sure 
whether the loading-forever problem is related with the new banner, the 
new nightly, or both, or neither.
