Bugzilla documentation in wiki?

I don't suppose there's a copy of the Bugzilla documentation in a wiki
somewhere?

If so, we could use the new clause of the GNU FDL to relicense it under
Creative Commons BY-SA, which seems to be what most people are using
these days for copyleft docs and so provides best compatibility with
other works...

But if there wasn't a copy in a wiki somewhere on November 1st, we can't
:-( I don't think CVS counts as an "MMC Site", because it's not true
that anybody can edit it.
