Bugzilla-BR project rebirths - Brazilian Portuguese localization templates

Hi all,

A new alpha version of Bugzilla-BR (Brazilian Portuguese localization 
for Bugzilla 3.0 templates) was released at 
http://bugzilla-br.sourceforge.net. (This is an alpha release because 
all templates are not yet translated)

The project was stalled for a few years and was restarted by me.
