How so?

Let me state the conditions again carefully, and see if you still think
this is true.

This would then search all bugs which are either
a) open, or
b) closed, and have been closed since the Firefox 3 Final release date

This would include all still-open bugs filed in betas or RCs, or beta
bugs fixed post-release, whatever flags they had.
