	It's sort of a sliding scale. Allowing people to add any field
they want can make a bug-tracker too complex. Having too few built-in
fields can also make a bug-tracker too difficult to use.

	The ideal is to figure out the exact data model that's needed
and present it in the most user-friendly fashion.
