Backups for landfill

[Max Kanat-Alexander]

	landfill now has daily and monthly backups on a server outside
of its data center. It will keep 10 days of daily backups, and 3
monthly backups.

	Certain things are not backed up, but all of /home/
and /var/www/ are definitely backed up. (With the exception of a few
gigantic but unimportant things in /home/, and all of mxr in /var/www).
