Fixed The Checksetup Tinderbox

	Hey all. So, anybody who hangs out in IRC or watches the
Tinderboxes knows that the MySQL checksetup tinderbox dies all the time
for no reason.

	Basically the tinderbox client machine has to copy the tip
database and the 3.0-branch database from landfill (the tinderbox
clients aren't actually on landfill, they're on a separate VM), and
MySQL gets a little unreliable there and mysqldump dies for no reason,
sometimes, while copying the databases.

	I've modified that particular tinderbox to retry the copies up
to three times each before giving up, so now the tinderbox should work
just fine.

	So from now on, if you see the checksetup tinderbox burn, that
really means it's burning. :-)
