Bugzilla Fast CGI

Out of curiosity, does anyone know of anyone using Bugzilla (recent 
versions) under
mod_fastcgi instead of mod_perl? If so, anyone one what the 
advantages/disadvantages
of doing so would be? One advantage I have seen for other cgi projects 
is the ability
to bring up and down applications without restart of Apache and also 
some nice
failover functionality. Also I have read that performance is on par with 
that of mod_perl.
Just curious if anyone has made it work with Bugzilla and what their 
impression was.
