Multiple Bugzilla databases with a single installation AND each with it's own skin...

Sorry to again bother the developers, but as i didn't get any answer from the support-list...
 
maybe you can help. what i would like is to have multiple instances of bugzilla within one
code-base and each of them having it's own skin by default (skin not user-related but project-related).
 
would this be possible (without changing the code)?   how??
