"Bug" word to be replaced?

One thing that I've come out while reading the recent thread called "Re: 
Bugzilla Contribution Process (was RE: New language discussion?)" is a 
feature request that I bet would be quite interesting and much voted 
from a corporate point of view: capability of renaming the main word 
used for Bugzilla for "bug", in order to allow changing it to things 
like "issue", "ticket" or "problem".

I haven't filed this RFE yet because I think that it must exist on BMO, 
but it's difficult to find because of no easy way of naming it. Anyone 
that could point me to it?

This feature would be necessary in my case because when we use Bugzilla 
we tend to call all tickets as "bugs", and some are just new features, 
which is confusing.

I know that there has been some discussion in the past about using 
Bugzilla as a ticket/task workflow, instead of (or besides) a bug 
reporting tool, but this is not what am requesting. I refer to be able 
to change all the occurrences of word "bug" to another customised one.
