I think we should go farther than this and remove links to all companies 
that don't have a public installation that we can link to directly.

We can still leave their name there, but we should remove the links.  
Otherwise there's a strong incentive for companies to say they have a 
Bugzilla installation when they don't, and policing each applicant is 
going to take way more time than it's worth.
