What was the resolution on the idea to unify this list and 
mozilla.dev.apps.bugzilla? I note that my message (below) to that group 
got no responses, while I suspect it would and will get quite a few here.

I recently wrote to someone:

"I personally think the Bugzilla team needs to sort out the relationship
between the status whiteboard, keywords, flags and custom fields, to
make sure that we don't spend ages enhancing one just to find we've
reinvented another of them. But we haven't had that discussion yet,
because nothing has prompted it."

Then I decided to prompt it. So here I am.

Status whiteboard begat keywords, and keywords begat flags. Now people
are suggesting that flags be enhanced to allow arbitrary values instead
of just "  ? + -". Wouldn't that make them like custom fields? Also,
what account should Bugzilla take of the new tagging phenomenon? Is that
like keywords or like the status whiteboard? Do we still need all four
of these features, or can two be merged?
