I must admit, that I can hardly imagine that to be practical.
You'd force the developers to live in two worlds. That would hardly
attract fresh blood und frustrate the existing guys. Rather than
harvesting the (whatever) advantages of another language, you'd buy
the disadvantages and problems of a second. Instead of concentrating
on functional tasks, you'd be busy to implement a framework for
merging two worlds.
