Minutes of the last 2 Bugzilla meetings

Hi all,

I finally wrote the minutes of the last 2 Bugzilla meetings:

As you can see, we didn't meet since March 20, due to a lack of items to 
discuss and because the activity is rather low these last few weeks. The 
meeting targetted to April 17 has been canceled, just in case you 
wondered. The next one is scheduled on May 15 at 18:00 GMT (11:00 PST, 
20:00 CEST).

Note that we now meet once per month while the trunk is open, as we 
generally have very few things to discuss.
