Bugzilla 2.23.3, 2.23.4 and 3.0 RC1: Data is corrupted in data/mining/*

Hello,

I just found a bug in collectstats.pl which corrupts data in 
installations running 2.23.3 and newer, see bug 373492. The good news is 
that this only affects old charts. The bad news is that you may have to 
regenerate all your data running ./collectstats.pl --regenerate, which 
may take a *very* long time on large installations.

I expect to have this bug fixed in the coming hours.
