Baetle: Bug and Enhancement Tracking LanguagE

I have now started an Open Source Project on Google Code to develop  
this ontology

There is a wiki that explains some of this in a little more detail.
Please feel welcome to participate. I am just an ontology designer,  
and need as much real field experience to help make this work well.
