If possible, I hope mozilla could host a website, which contains not
only the bugzilla source code and corresponding Perl modules bugzilla

I install the bugzilla on windows and the server can't access to
internet. So I download the modules using other computer and compile it
in the server with NMAKE every time. Sometimes, I could get all of the
modules on one site. It will be more convenient for the people, whose
server can't access to the internet.
