My assertion is that there is no significant difference between all of 
these frameworks in terms of developer ramp-up or capabilities - at 
least, when it comes to the sort of things Bugzilla might need (which 
will not stretch their capabilities to the limit; we aren't writing 
another Zimbra).

However, I have only limited evidence for that assertion, and am quite 
willing to be swayed by counter-evidence presented. However, we do need 
actual evidence :-)

If they all provide the functionality, why not use the first one suggested?
