agreed; windows users are used to a simple wizard based installer.  this
won't be possible with bugzilla due to licensing restrictions - you can't
redistribute mysql unless it's packaged with a GPL product.


i guess it would be possible to create an gui based installer for
windows that prompted you at the appropiate times, and shelled out to
install the required modules as required...  a stub installer that
downloaded the latest versions as required.  my only concern about that
would be the ongoing support required to maintain it.
