Unrelated, really! This page is to configure the workflow itself, not to 
edit the list of statuses. We already have editvalues.cgi for that.

Here too, I see no reason to rename resolution to something else. You 
are free to edit your templates to replace "resolution" by "sub_status", 
but the probability that we do it upstream is pretty low.


FYI, if everything goes well, custom statuses may be fully implemented 
within 2-3 weeks (assuming reviewers and me have time to write/review 
missing patches).
