Nits:
 * I want to click anywhere within the cell of a table and change the
   checkbox state. This should be possible to do with only CSS.
 * I want the rows state and columns state highlighted. So it doesn't
   have to be the entire row/column, just the two states (e.g. needinfo and
   new). This so I can quickly see what the checkbox will do.
