any help needed in Perl or documenting PODs

The best route to getting started is to 1) become familiar with that
page (of course), take a look at open issues on bugzilla.mozilla.org
specific to Bugzilla, and 3) join us on irc.mozilla.org to see what's
most needed today. :)
