Minutes of the Bugzilla meeting + News about the new releases

The minutes of our last Bugzilla meeting are finally here:

Note that we will meet again next Tuesday (3 days from now) in
#bugzilla-meeting. The discussion will probably be about the new
releases (going to be out tonight) and about what we need to do in the
next few weeks to prepare 3.0 RC1. You are free to attend, as usual.

About the releases, note that I closed the trunk for checkins a few
hours ago in order to prepare 2.23.3, 2.22.1, 2.20.3 and 2.18.6.
Branches were already closed several days ago when we started QA
testing. I'm going to check in the 21(!) security patches in the coming
few hours and mkanat will update the website (bugzilla.org) and create
the tarballs right after that. When the tarballs will be ready, we will
open the trunk and branches again.
