MySQL UTF-8 Conversion in Bugzilla

	Just to let you know, I've just checked in a patch that converts the
MySQL database to UTF-8. However, if you have any non-UTF-8 data in your
DB, manual intervention is required during checksetup or your data will
be DELETED.

	checksetup.pl will warn you and give you 60 seconds to stop it, before
it goes ahead and converts your database. You can press Ctrl-C when you
see the message, and follow the instructions checksetup.pl gives you, to
finish the upgrade. (And then re-run checksetup.pl, of course.)

	I just thought I'd warn anybody who's living on the tip.
