	In 2.22 and below, there's a README file in the Bugzilla/Auth/
directory that explains it.

	On the CVS tip I've re-written it to be even easier to add your own
Auth module, and the structure of the Auth modules is explained in the
POD for Bugzilla/Auth.pm -- do "perldoc Bugzilla/Auth.pm" to see it.
